Zander is 5 months

Zander is 17lbs now. Not sure on the length, will find out at his 6 month visit. He has started to sit for about a minute before starting to fall over! He can roll over from back to belly now. Seems like he started doing that overnight and does it all the time! :) Zander loves to roll.

We started rice cereal when he hit 5 months. The first time I gave it to him was around dinner time. I couldn't feed it to him fast enough! He would start to fuss in between bites. But I think he wanted to nurse. So, we had to pause and get his belly full of milk before continuing. Then he was a happy boy! He loves his baby food.

His favorite toy is the jumperRoo.

We have had some rough teething days but still no teeth.

I'm very behind on blogging. He will be 6 months on May 23!

Easter 2011

Violet and Zander

Violet slept in sponge rollers for the first time. She looked adorable! When she looked in the mirror she said "mama, I look like a different girl!". Kids say such funny things. She was so happy to see all the goodies that the Easter Bunny brought.

Happy First Easter to my Zander baby! He was so happy sitting in the grass and trying to wrap his chubby fingers around eggs.

All four of us after church. We went to my home church in Mansfield with my parents and sisters. Then we spent the rest of Easter day at their house. Hunting eggs and enjoying some great food! We had lots of family and friends there to visit with.
