No Bake Energy Bites

This was our 'fun food' to make for the week! My little girl loves to be in the kitchen. So, we usually bake together at least once a week. Today we made these little goodies from Smashed Peas & Carrots' blog. I used crushed up graham crackers instead of ground flax seed. I'm sure that zapped some of the energy from them. :)
Good recipe to do with preschoolers since there is nothing to heat up. Would make again! I ate 2 and washed them down with raspberry tea!
