Eating Better

For the past 3 weeks I've been eating better. I'm trying to cook wholesome dinners every night of the week. There have been some hiccups like a birthday dinner and the Super Bowl. But other than that I've stuck to my plan of eating 1500-1800 calories a day. Eating more calories on the days I work out.

Here's some pictures of dinners I've recently made with links to the recipes. All of them are very low in calories.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps from Allrecipes. I used craisins instead of cherries and added a can of chopped water chestnuts.
Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp with Jasmine Rice from Skinnytaste.
Creamy Tuscan Bean and Chicken Soup served with mini buttermilk biscuits.

I've been having fun finding new & healthy recipes. What sites do you visit to find recipes?

I don't have a specific website I go to for recipes, I typically just search for the recipe and pick at random.
