I made a stir fry for dinner. Jaley was here so I had to cook the chicken separate from the veggies. The veggies consisted of cabbage, onion, yellow squash, tomato, bell pepper and chives. I seasoned the veggies with lemon juice, garlic and low sodium soy sauce. Cooked the chicken with a little olive oil and garlic. We had roasted asparagus and brown rice on the side. I'm guessing that a serving of veggies, chicken and rice was about 500 calories.

Working Out and My Dinner

I've been working out to Dancing with the Stars Cardio and it is alot of fun! You get a good workout AND you learn some dance steps. Good luck =)
