
If your trying to lose weight or just maintain a healthy lifestyle. You would probably like sparkpeople. My sister has been using this site for a while to connect with other people trying to be their most fit self. And guess what? It's FREE!
I joined last March after realizing I wasn't gonna lose the baby weight by praying alone! I got hooked and lost 20 pounds in about 4 months. Sometimes I go through phases where I just workout and eat whatever I want. (Remember all those cookies I was baking?!) But since the wedding is coming up I'm trying to log my calories and workouts everyday onto spark. It's kinda like myspace for fitness people.
