Broken Jetta

Why are german cars so difficult? I'm so tired of this stinkin Jetta. I've only had it for 2 years and it has problems off and on. They are usually minor but even when it runs perfectly the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is always on. The Jetta Dealership even fixed it recently for free because all the '01 Jetta's were having problems. Sometime around May it started overheating and would say STOP CHECK ENGINE. So, I haven't had a car to drive in 3 months! The estimate to fix it was around 1500. Matt decided to order the parts and do it himself. Well, after three days of working on it the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is off but the air won't blow cold! I was so bummed cuz Matt said we would trade it in as soon as it was fixed and it was like the kiss of death after he turned the car on and everything worked but the AC. I was looking forward to that new car! So, Violet and I are stuck at the house, wah!

We've normally found that if something is broken on our vehicle that as soon as we get it fixed, somethign else breaks...

so...

Wait for something small to break and LEAVE IT.

That's our strategy at least... =)
